Prices quoted are including GST but excluding freight which is added at Checkout
Orders are shipped within 3 working days of the receipt of payment
We will replace any faulty goods within 7 days. Please call/ email us to arrange this
We do not offer refunds but are happy to replace goods within 7 days of the purchase for goods of equal or greater value
We do not accept returns on Sale items
Orders are sent via standard Australia Post as well as a Courier service where possible, for Priority / Same Day shipping, please contact us and we can arrange this for an additional fee.
You can pay for your order via Paypal, Direct Deposit into our Bank account or by calling us for an 'over the phone' Credit Card payment. Your receipt will be sent along with your parcel.
